If you have a question, or are having difficulty with your order, please take note of the FAQ's page on my website, as you may find the answer that you are looking for immediately. If for some reason you do not find a helpful answer, please write to me. When writing, please include the following:
I do my best to respond to emails within 24 hours and I usually answer emails first thing in the morning or late in the evening.
If you contact me after 5 PM on a Friday, I will respond to your email the next business day in the order that your email was received.
